We use high quality, Canadian sourced, ingredients from reputable suppliers. Unbleached flours, whole wheat and rye flours, water, course salt and yeast. We use less than 2% salt per loaf of bread.
PRESERVATION METHOD
Upon purchase take a sliced portion of your bread and freeze it in a poly bag to enjoy as fresh as is was when purchased.
